Solution

Our new unique LP forming technology allows us to make multiples profiles, as well as integrate texture, embossing and debossing effects. The key is the mold and since we have our own mold-making equipment, we entirely control the design, the mold making and the mold manufacturing processes. The result is a high-end 3D badge that met Yamaha’s expectation.
